Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The CasperVPN Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn recurring commissions by referring new customers to CasperVPN. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

2. Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net subscription revenue (excluding taxes and refunds) from each referred customer. Commissions are recurring for as long as the referred customer maintains an active subscription.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed monthly on the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings. A minimum payout threshold of $25 USD must be reached before payment is issued. Balances below the threshold will roll over to the next month.

Payment methods available: PayPal, Payoneer, and bank transfer (wire). Bank transfers require a minimum of $100 and may incur a $25 processing fee. Stripe Connect will be integrated for automated payouts.

4. Cookie Duration

Referral tracking uses a 90-day cookie window. If a referred visitor purchases within 90 days of clicking your affiliate link, you receive credit for the sale. Last-click attribution applies when multiple affiliates refer the same customer.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not engage in: spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading or false advertising, bidding on CasperVPN branded keywords in paid search, cookie stuffing or artificial click generation, incentivized clicks or purchases, promoting CasperVPN on websites containing illegal content, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

6. Refund Policy Impact

If a referred customer requests a refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, the associated commission will be reversed. Excessive refund rates (above 15%) may result in account review or termination.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with 30 days written notice. CasperVPN reserves the right to immediately terminate affiliates who violate these terms. Upon termination, outstanding commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid within 60 days.

8. Modifications

CasperVPN reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days advance notice. Continued participation in the program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
